The hidden users are 'spambots'... there is usually at least one present most of the day.

At least they enjoy the site.. lol....

Like I have been cleansed by the hand of the Burner Gods :09:

I've been into o/s BMX for the best part of 6-7 years and I prefer to collect parts as oppose to building bikes, I've put together a few over the years but I don't get a sense of satisfaction from the end product, I always sit back and think "Hum that's it then".

However the parts evoke the memories of jumping on my bike on a Saturday morning (after I'd finished my paper round and inhaled my ready brek) and going to the LBS (Barkers in Dronfield and J.E James in Chesterfield)

When I first got a BMX I had an Ammaco, Donkey Dez had a Pro Star (the cheap DB one) and Axe man Harris (football name) had a Super Tuff which was by far the coolest as it had plastic wheels lol. Like most, his mum had got it out of her catalogue and he was paying half of it off with his paper round money.

Very cool site guys :23:

The paper round, I remember that! I lied and said I was 13 to get one when I was only 12 LOL! There was a big super steep hill on the way home called Pelham road and I used to sprint it all the way. Crikey my legs used to burn! I think I was on £13 a week doing Sundays too.
