Ok guys starting a thread to record sizes for all the bits and pieces (Bolts, Bearings, Seatclamps etc) that are easily obtainable on the net !
Feel free to add anything you feel would be helpful to the newbie just starting out on their burner adventure :P :cool:
First few added :grin:


Bolts For SR Stems - Allen Cap Bolts M8 x 25mm

Mk1&2 Headset Bearings - 1" (MAKE SURE YOU SPECIFY FOR BMX AS OLD ROADBIKE HEADSETS ARE ALSO 1" THREAD BUT WITH A DIFFERENT CUP SIZE)

1 Piece Crank Pedal Size - 1/2"
3 Piece Crank Pedal Size - 9/16"
Bottom Bracket - 24tpi

Mk1 Seatpost diameter 28.6mm.........Clamp 31.8
Mk2 Seatpost diameter 22.2mm.........Clamp 25.4

Front Tyre 20 x 2.125"
Back Tyre 20 x 1.75" (Exc Aero Pro & Team AP Both 1.75")

Chain Size 1/2" x 1/8"

Aero pro front fleckie
CAT EYE RR-390

Aero pro front fleckie bracket
CAT EYE B-10

Aero pro rear fleckie
CAT EYE RR-390zw

Aero pro rear fleckie bracket
CAT EYE B-1
(Please note the rear brackets come in different degree's and a few different instances have proved to be correct spec)

Anybody know the nut / bolt size for a standard MK2 seat post clamp ?

Hi, could anyone tell me what size Sugino cranks are there and what would my Night Burner have had originally?
